1. PREPARATION

a. Preparedness Framework

We have developed a Five Step Pandemic Preparedness Framework that you can use to competently navigate the pandemic timeline.

We have developed a Two Step Mitigation Framework that enables you to implement key mitigation measures, including sanitisation and disinfection, thermal screening, workplace separation, social distancing, and the wearing of protective equipment such as masks.

This framework has been field tested in multiple countries and can be rapidly adapted to the requirements of your organisation.

a. Case Management

Case Management Procedures

The management of suspected and confirmed cases during a pandemic can be complex. If you get it wrong, you risk person-to-person transmission within your organisation. This could have a dire impact on your employees, and will stop business.

Our case management procedures provide specific recommendations for handling up to 10 different types of case typologies likely to be seen in organisations. These guidelines cover primary and secondary contact tracing, quarantine, and communications.

Training Case Management Teams

Many large organisations are putting in place Case Management Teams specifically to manage suspected and confirmed cases. If you believe you need such a team, we're able to guide you on structure and roles and responsibilties. We're also able to train the team, ensuring that they have the level of competency demanded by the role.
